The Founder
Ms. Andi has been involved in dance related activities for over 28 years. Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education from Ball State University, she has formally taught elementary ages within the public school systems & local libraries. She has instructed ages 2-18 while working at 3 different dance studios, led high school colorguard & competitive drill teams. Andi is a master of event planning & facilitation.

The Creative
Dance has been a cornerstone in Ms. Ali’s life for over 13 years. With 15 years of Graphic Design experience & a degree in Visual Communications from the University of Indianapolis, she is our creative sounding board. Some past clients include THE Ohio State University, Indianapolis Colts, and Angie’s List…just to name a few. Ali’s attention to detail & her eye for design keeps all our media looking great!

The Techy
Dustin takes care of the business end of our operation & works alongside Ali, developing media, marketing, and technical solutions. Working behind the scenes, you’ll see his work on social media, our website, communications, music, and anything digital. Although you’ll never see him on the dance floor, if you spot him at an event, please thank him for his support. We wouldn’t be here without his positive encouragement & leadership!

Developing confident, empowered individuals through the joy of dance is why we exist. Our ability to engage everyone’s inner child through positive influence, creative movement, & by choosing kindness is what makes us special. The skills our students develop extend far beyond their ability to dance!
Guided by Ms. Andi’s talent & vision, Ready Step Dance was founded to share incredible experiences with all ages, genders, & abilities. Whether it be in a tap, jazz, or ballet class, large group events at a local library, business, or birthday party, we provide a unique kind of fun that enables memories to be made!

REGISTRATION: Each student’s annual registration fee holds their place in class, helps offset the costs of administrative tasks, music licencing, promotions, & communications. Most importantly, it helps keeps your tuition fees lower! Please see the Registration Section on our Class Info Page for more details.
TUITION: Each class has a flat tuition for the entire series that can be paid in a single lump sum OR in monthly installments. Please visit our Class Info Page for more details.
DANCE GEAR: Students must provide their own shoes & dance attire as required for each class. Costumes required for performance based classes will be charged once sized & sourced. With the exception of costumes, each student is welcome to purchase their gear from wherever they choose, as long as it meets the dress code requirements or the class. To make life a bit simpler, links to approved dance gear will be provided on our Products Page.
DISCOUNTS: Saving the best for last! Discounts are provided when tuition is paid in a single lump sum, when students enroll in multiple classes, and when families register multiple students within the same household. Please see the Tuition Section on our Class Info Page for more details.
